Transparent payments
What you are actually charged.
Two separate things: your Hyperion plan, and card processing on your own Stripe account.
- Hyperion fee
- 5% of a transaction on the free plan. Services, Studio and Commerce plans are 0%. Restaurant plans carry a small direct-order fee shown on each plan.
- Stripe processing
- Billed by Stripe to your own connected account at your account's rates. Hyperion adds nothing to it and takes no share of it.
- Payouts
- Stripe pays you directly. Hyperion never holds customer funds and never sits between you and a payout.
- Yearly billing
- Charged once per year instead of monthly — for example $799.90 per year for Business. The per-month figure shown is that total divided by twelve.
- Trials
- Paid plans begin with a free trial. A card is collected up front and the first charge happens when the trial ends.
- Cancelling
- Cancel from billing in your workspace. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
